Objective
Objective 1

Bringing the gap between agriculture and the youth in the Thika region

  • 1000 youth work in agriculture by Dec 2026
Objective 2

Setup a demo farm for showcasing what PACE is about.

  • To have 1 working demo farm that PACE manages
Objective 3

Onboard teams i.e groups who will show PACE impact after undergoing our training.

  • Onboard at least 10 football teams by end of year 2026
Objective 4

Training the groups with an aim of inculcating them into the urban farming project

  • Coming up with 5 different areas of training based on different member skills.
Objective 5

Have a football tournament at the end of the year with an urban farming project theme e.g Vijana Wajilishe Tournament.

Vision: Urban communities empowered to sustainably grow their own organic food in their own spaces ensuring household food security, improved nutrition, and long-term resilience. Mission: To empower urban households with limited space to produce their own organic food through organic vertical farming, skills training, and community support, while creating opportunities for surplus income.
